Bishop William A. Lee, Jr is presently serving the Kingdom of God as the Lead Pastor of Victorious Life Church in Conyers, Georgia. He is Chairman of the Church of God Executive Council of 18. He is a 1985 graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Biblical Studies with an emphasis on Pastoral Ministry. He has worked toward a Master of Divinity at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the Pentecostal Theological Center in Cleveland, Tennessee. Pastor Lee served as Lead Pastor in Providence, Rhode Island, Baltimore, Maryland and on the island of Bermuda. His Evangelistic ministry has reached throughout the -United Sates, Canada, the West Indies, Europe, South Africa, Singapore, India, The United Emirates and Australia. 

Bishop Lee made several guest appearances on Daystar television and in 1998 at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio Texas, he served as the Keynote Speaker at the General Assembly of the Church of God within that same year he established “Lee Ministries International Incorporated”. He served 9 years as Pastor of Daytona Deliverance Church of God in Daytona Beach, Florida appointed August 2009. In 2014, Rev. Lee authored and published, “All The Kings Men” Chronicles in the Life of King David. He served as International Revivalist and Urban Ministry Consultant” appointed August 2018. 

In 2022 Bishop Lee was the first elected person of color to serve as Chairman of the Church of God Executive Council of 18. Bishop Lee serves as a mentor and a teacher for many young ministers in the Kingdom of God. He is married to the former Sheila Renee Freeland of Washington, D.C. and together they are sold out to a life of servant hood. It is the vision of this ministry to continue to evangelize the world for the Lord Jesus Christ and to prepare the next generation to be effective and powerful citizens in the Kingdom.

Bishop Stephen Eldridge is presently serving the Kingdom of God as the Assistant Pastor of Victorious Life Church in Conyers, Georgia. Bishop Stephen Eldridge is a native of Annapolis, MD currently residing in Covington, GA. He was divinely called into the ministry with a heart to serve, a voice to proclaim, and a life surrendered to the will of God. His journey began with a radical encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ, that delivered him from a life of bondage and destructive habits. After experiencing the miracle working power of Jesus, Bishop Stephen Eldridge has a deep conviction to share the transformative power of the Gospel and to shepherd souls toward spiritual growth and healing. Rooted in prayer and guided by the Holy Spirit, Bishop Stephen answered the call not merely as a preacher, but as a living testimony of the grace of God and a vessel to proclaim hope, restoration, reconciliation, and the Kingdom of God to a lost world.

One of his favorite scriptures, Ephesians 3:20 "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.", serves as a guiding light in both his personal walk and public ministry. He believes in the power of biblical teaching to renew minds, ignite faith, and equip believers for kingdom impact.

Bishop Stephen’s ministry is anchored in the Word of God, with a passion for preaching truth with clarity, conviction, and compassion. He preached his first sermon on September 10, 2006, at Grace Missionary Baptist Church, Conyers, GA under the Leadership of Reverend Lamonte E Scott where he served as an Associate Minister until December of 2011.

Bishop Stephen, and his family joined Victorious Life Church in December of 2011 and has dedicated the past 13 years to serving the people of Victorious Life Church of God under the former Pastor Bishop Larry Gunter, Sr. and the presiding Senior Pastor Bishop William Lee, Jr. He is happily married to his wife of 24 years, Tracey Eldridge, a native of Ripley, MS. Together they are blessed with two daughters, Alayisa (23) and Aniya (20). Tracey has passionately served in various ministries roles, including the Hospitality, Media Ministry, Pastor’s Aid Committee, and the Women’s Ministry. She has a remarkable gift from God for making everyone feel like a best friend forever.

Bishop Eldridge is a graduate of Luther Rice College and Seminary with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion, majoring in Biblical Studies, he also holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management, with a specialization in Business Information from Walden University. His fervor for prayer, teaching, and preaching the Word of God fuels his mission to reach lost souls for Christ. Together, Stephen and Tracey exemplify the transformative power of God, demonstrating that one encounter with Jesus can change your life forever.
